Mike Palmer is AVP of Advanced Technology/Media Management for Sinclair Broadcast, where his team's transformation-enabling media management and media pipeline services span 200 distribution channels and dozens media properties. Palmer represents Sinclair as a member of the EIDR Board of Directors and as a voting member of IPTC.  He is also a member of SMPTE and the National Press Club in addition to being a voting member of the NATAS Technical Emmy nomination committee. Palmer's work has been recognized with a national Technical Emmy, Broadcast & Cable's Technology Leadership Award, The Associated Press Oliver Gramling Award, and numerous product awards.
